Set above the city, and close to the tranquillity of Dunedin’s green belt, Lyndale House offers its guests private boutique accommodation.

Lyndale House is a heritage listed villa located only a few minutes from the city centre. From the guest lounge you can view the harbour and St Clair beach. Whilst in any of our three guest rooms you can relax and unwind.

Our guest lounge is a relaxing space where you
can meet other travellers, enjoy a drink from our range of teas and coffee and help yourself to books, magazines or the daily newspaper. It also includes free internet access.

A complimentary continental breakfast is served between 8.00 and 10.00 am (other times by arrangement).

Lyndon and Dale, your hosts, have both travelled extensively. They understand that sometimes you want a special place to stay and relax and a convenient base to explore all that Dunedin has to offer. They will do all they can to ensure you enjoy your stay.
